We are a residential building company established in 1986. We specialize in high-quality custom built homes as well as additions and outbuildings of pre-existing homes. We are a small company, and because of our size, we only accept one or two major projects a year. This practice enables us to give each project the highest efficiency and increased quality control, ensuring each client gets the individual attention they deserve.
We are currently exploring the current focus in “green” building methods and the use of materials that are environmentally friendly such as soy-based insulation and geo-thermal heating and cooling systems. We are excited about upcoming certification to build New York Energy Star labeled homes, where we will use technologies that will enable homes of any size to use 30% less energy than the average home.
We make it a point to attend all the major home shows, with the most recent being the International Builders Show in Orlando, Florida this past January 2007 which included 1900 exhibitors. We feel it is important to stay updated on all the innovations coming our way and it is our job to convey these newest trends to our clients.
We take pride in the reputation we have developed over the years. With every home we build, we do so as though we will be living in it. Our philosophy is simple … integrity, reliability, precision and hard work. We strive to succeed in all these principles no matter how large or small the job may be.
For the past 21 years we have constructed over 23 homes in the Northern Dutchess area.
