Pagano Addition & Garage
This turn of the century home was basically a saltbox style with little room for a growing family. The plan called for a 600 sq. ft. addition consisting of a dining room, family room and mud room as well as a new 2 car garage.
First, the existing garage was removed completely. From there, the kitchen was completely gutted and renovated with a whole new layout and all the amenities of modern living. Hardwood flooring was also added. The bright new formal dining room with cathedral ceilings and hardwood flooring was a definite bonus and now provides an area to dine and entertain. The spacious family room has cathedral ceilings, hardwood flooring as well as a lovely gas fireplace providing a place for total relaxation with family and friends. The mud room with full bath has ceramic tile throughout and is an alternate & convenient entry into the house. The new garage and workshop, which added another 800 sq. ft, accommodates two cars and storage.
